At Texas Slim’s Cuts, we pride ourselves on quality, integrity, and customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies in place to ensure fairness to both our customers and our company.

By purchasing from https://texasslimscuts.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Perishable Goods (Food, Meats, Specialty Cuts)

All sales of perishable items are final.
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any food, meat, or other perishable products. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Fresh or frozen meats

  • Vacuum-sealed food products

  • Specialty cuts or custom orders

  • Pre-packaged food items

Exceptions:

We may offer a replacement or partial credit under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged in transit and reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The wrong item was received

  • The product was spoiled upon arrival and verified with supporting evidence (photo/video)

To request assistance, please contact info@texasslimscuts.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

We reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement request that does not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Perishable Goods (Merch, Apparel, Accessories)

We accept returns on non-perishable items (e.g., clothing, hats, branded merchandise) under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Once returned and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Note: We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing (unless incorrectly labeled), or delays caused by shipping carriers.


3. Sale Items / Gift Cards

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.


4. Shipping Damage or Lost Orders

If your package arrives visibly damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt (or expected delivery). We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

We are not liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, acts of God, delivery errors).


5. Order Cancellations

Orders for perishable goods cannot be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun.
Orders for non-perishable items may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, as long as they have not already been fulfilled.
